I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Psychologist vastly trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), but I also employ interventions derived from many theoretical orientations including mindfulness, trauma-informed psychotherapy, and client-centered therapy, among others. I strongly believe that treatment should be tailored to each individual’s needs and by integrating multiple modalities therapy can be adjusted to fit those needs.
I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I work primarily with individuals who experience problems with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, career related stress and acculturation issues.
